Project:     Multi-purpose Buildings @ Elementary Schools - Eagle Pass, TX

Cost:         $300,000.00 

This project included the site planning and design of a multi-purpose gymnasium building for 12 elementary schools in Eagle Pass, TX.  The economical design allowed for one additional campus to build a gymnasium and  the remaining savings were used for a new library.

Project:     Dining Hall @ Kennedy School - Eagle Pass, TX

Cost:        $230,000.00

This project included the design of a dining facility at the Kennedy Hall school campus.   The building included a dining room, a kitchenette with serving line, a scullery area, a storage room, and public restrooms.  The colorful exterior was developed to blend with the exiting original building and newer buildings on the campus.

Project:      Children's Educare Daycare Center - Corpus Christi, TX

This project included remodeling a former church building into a daycare center.  The project included asbestos abatement, structural repairs, mechanical and electrical replacement, and interior space planning. Colors and finishes were selected for the special needs of a day care facility.  To make the building look more like a school, the steeple was replaced with a school bell tower.

Project:       Concept for Higgs, Carter, King Charter Academy - San Antonio, TX

This project included site and building planning for the relocation of a charter school in San Antonio, TX.  The concepts had to provide for 20 classrooms, a cafeteria, administration, a library, and a gymnasium.  The planning was challanging due to the irregular lot, the lot size, and an easement that ran through the center of the site.

Project:      New Roofing at Robstown High School - Robstown, TX

Cost:            $180,000.00

This project included the replacement of roofs at the weight room and library of the Robstown High School.  The project was complicated by the number of penetrations in the roof.  Details had to be developed and installed for numerous conditions.  The contract also included some interior remodeling of water damaged areas and site drainage improvements.
