This project included the design of a medical clinic, a dental clinic, a pharmacy, a public meeting room suite, and county health offices all opening onto a large central lobby space.  The building provided deep porches for the families of patients to enjoy the South Texas climate while they  waited.     

Project:     Dr. Roel Garza Building - Alice, TX

This project included the design and construction of a 4,000 s.f. dental building for Dr. Roel Garza.  The building included specialized areas for dental operatories, x-ray, lab, and sterilization areas.  The doctor requested a building that reflected the rustic style of the Texas hill country.  Materials of limestone, galvanized roofing, and a deep entry porch were combined to meet this request.  A special galvanized metal "tooth" light was designed to accent the main space and entry porch of the building.

Project:     Suite Development for Dr. William Berlocher - Corpus Christi, TX

This project included the remodel of an existing business suite into a dental office.  The project included extensive plumbing improvements to accomodate the dental equipment.   Several concepts were reviewed to maximize the efficiency of the suite.  The effort provided a highly efficient and functional office space.  Interior finishes were highlighted by several fish murals painted by local artist Mark Bueno.

This project includes the design of a new 6,000 s.f. clinic in Mission, TX.  The building had to be economical and efficient to meet the limited budget.  The building and site design also must accomodate a future dental addition to the building.

Project:       Air Handling Unit Building Santa Rosa Children's Hospital - San Antonio, TX

This project included the design and construction of a new building to surround a new air handling unit on top of the existing Santa Rosa Children's Hospital building.  The challange was to provide a building that could be built around the air handling unit 120' feet in the air.  The solution was to prefabricate wall panels that could be lifted into place and then welded to the steel frame from the inside.
