Project:      Remodel of 1410 Corto - Dallas, TX

Cost:          $60,000.00

This project included the design and remodel of an existing 1940 house in Dallas, TX.  The project included adding a master suite and removing an addition that was in poor condition. The exterior was brightened up with light accent color trim, a new roof, and the removal of overgrown trees.  The interior included a new kitchen and new paint along with the restoration of the original wood floors.

Project:     New Home - Corpus Christi, TX

Cost:         $150,000.00

This project included a new residence next to the Oso Bay in Corpus Christi, TX.  The plan included 4 bedrooms and large open spaces.  Bay views are available from large decks and a widow's walk tower.  Large overhangs protect windows from the summer sun but allow sun in during the winter months.

Project:     Home Remodel for Sam and Jennifer Harris - Richardson, TX

This project included the design of a 3 bedroom house into a 6 bedroom house.  The extra space is needed for the families 7children.  The space was found by adding bedrooms on top of the existing rooms and creating a family room and kid's den in an area between two wings of the original house.
